Over the last one and a half years, the developers of Solutions Factory gained a lot of experience with the latest release of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (EE), by working on several different implementation projects.
They brought their collective experience into Simon Buxton’s new book, Extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations Cookbook.
Even developers with many years of programming experience within Microsoft Dynamics AX have to learn several new “tricks” and concepts, if they want to continue modifying Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (EE) in an optimal way.
The new book, Extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations Cookbook by Simon Buxton targets experienced developers and demonstrates the core new concepts, patterns and tools – based on examples and recipes.
Simon Buxton, the author, works as head of development, technical architect and project manager with Binary Consultants. In close cooperation with Microsoft, he worked on the first implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (EE). The developers of Solutions Factory know him since many years, from joint projects, from technical conferences, from many on-the-spot discusssions via phone, and from his last two books, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 Administration Cookbook and Mastering Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 Programming. As a result, Martin Winkler and Simon Klingler, Technical Architects at Solutions Factory, were both happy to share their experiences in the content review process of this book – and they are happy to now have the result in their hands.
